Service Level Agreements
Transdek offer a range of service level agreements that can be tailored to suit each of our customer’s specific operational requirements.
Planned Preventative Maintenance
PPM is recommended to help ensure continuous productivity in the loading bay and to prolong equipment lifetime. PPM packages can be designed to provide regular, 3 – 6 month servicing by Transdek-trained, highly-skilled service technicians, or simply to support customers’ own, in-house maintenance programmes with telephone and online technical support.
Technical Assistance
Because we understand the criticality of product flows to your business,
on the rare occasions that equipment does break down, we focus all of our efforts on providing rapid and decisive response. Transdek’s network of service agents offers emergency technical assistance 24/7 365 days of the year. Standard service levels provide 4 hour response times – we aim to average response times closer to 2 hours.
We maintain high-level stocks of spares both in-factory and with our service engineers, enabling a rapid response to your servicing requirements. Tailored spares packages are available for in-house maintenance.
Modular Design
Transdek’s products are all designed on a modular basis with unified parts. 
This allows fast and efficient replacement of parts, whenever required, throughout the lifetime of your machinery. Universally available, industry-standard parts are used for all electrical and hydraulic components on our products to ensure a high degree of flexibility in sourcing your spares.
We provide a standard 12-month warranty on all of our products but, based on the stress-engineered designs and rigorous testing processes of our equipment, we are able to offer enhanced warranty provisions of up to 4 years on certain products. These extended warranties are available as part of some of Transdek's SLA packages and are dependent on following regular preventative maintenance programmes.

To ensure that Transdek’s warranty work is carried out quickly and efficiently, all warranty projects are carried out by Transdek-trained service technicians and engineers and managed via our internet-linked central product database.
