Product safety at Hörmann Transdek
Our products are developed and manufactured in highly specialized factories taking into account normative safety requirements. At the same time, it is important for us to receive information about safety issues or accidents related to one of our products.
If a safety problem or accident should occur in connection with one of our products, we ask you to do so by e-mail to info@transdek.com. Please also include the following information in your report:
– Affected product (if available with photo of the nameplate)
– Description of the safety problem or course of the accident
This can help us process your report. We will investigate your report and contact you if further questions arise during processing.
Note on the processing of personal data:
Incoming reports are included in our internal complaints register. The internal complaints register only stores the personal data that we need to be able to investigate the complaint about a suspected dangerous product. This data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the purposes of the audit, and in any case no longer than five years after the data has been entered.
